Situated in the core of Yuhu, Putian, adjacent to Yuhu Park, the Lianfa Jianfa · Yuhu Show Area engages a dual condition of natural landscape and urban interface. T.K. CHU DESIGN redefines the conventional sales environment through an integrated spatial strategy, where the sales gallery, clubhouse and show units are conceived as a continuous narrative system. Rather than isolated functions, these components are orchestrated into a unified experience that bridges display, immersion and future living scenarios. Anchored in the lakefront context, the design interweaves local cultural identity with contemporary living paradigms. Through a layered spatial framework, material articulation and artistic interventions, a sequence of emotional atmospheres unfolds progressively. The project ultimately transcends a typical demonstration space, articulating a refined spatial identity that embodies sense of place, product value and enduring aesthetic relevance.
