EXPO PLACE

Expo Place transforms a fragmented portion of the former 2010 Shanghai World Expo site into a vibrant, human-scaled mixed-use district. Adaptive reuse of existing below-grade structures minimizes waste while supporting a new urban center of offices, residences, retail and hotels. Pedestrian streets, layered public spaces and integrated landscape create a walkable, connected town center that supports daily life, long-term growth and sustainable urban regeneration.
