SHANGHAI ERIVER MANOR(DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project is based on the core concept of “order as the foundation, smoothness as the charm”, and constructs a community philosophy of “external implicit and internal explicit”. The urban interface of approximately 150 meters intervenes in the bustling Zhangjiang Science and Innovation Zone with a restrained attitude, forming a three-level spatial narrative of “public – semi-public – private”, achieving the psychological transition from workplace to home. The entrance adopts the “winding stone into a satin” technique, abstractly translating the wave imagery of the Huangpu River into the texture of stone folds, combined with “Obama Brown” luxurious stone and smooth copper doorplates, creating a rich and varied smooth expression. The water garden space forms a light and shadow theater with the calm water surface and selected trees, creating a secret garden hidden deep in the bustling area.
