Located at the core area of Changshu South New City, the project commands a key urban gateway with sweeping views of Kuncheng Lake and convenient access to major thoroughfares. As the city’s first government-enterprise cooperation urban operation initiative, its core commercial complex integrates the Changshu Wisdom Science Center, Kuncheng Lake Fengmaoli, and the “Eye of the City” Lakeside Lounge, blending office, retail, and conference functions into a vibrant, mixed-use district.
Guided by the “industry-city-people” integration philosophy, the design seamlessly fuses a futuristic technological aesthetic with Changshu’s local landscape culture. The architectural ensemble functions not only as a dynamic hub but also as a link connecting nature and community. By fostering a 15-minute walkable living circle, it cultivates a sustainable neighborhood that balances international sophistication with local vitality, serving as an engine driving regional development.
