WEST BUND FINANCIAL HUB

This is the interior design proposal for the EF Blocks of Hongkong Land Xuhui West Bund Financial City in Shanghai. The project covers high-end office complexes including T-series and B-series buildings with both self-owned and for-sale properties. Inspired by the waves of the Huangpu River, the design adopts the theme of “Wave·Tide” and transforms rolling, overlapping and gradient river forms into spatial language. Learning from world-class office cases, it establishes a three-level function system: basic, optimized and upgraded. With master and standard product grading, it creates two styles: business delicate and warm humanistic. The design unifies materials, lighting and details, optimizes lobbies, creating an intelligent, green and artistic landmark office for West Bund Financial City.
