WellTown is developed by Beijing Huanhui Real Estate Co., Ltd., with the core concept of harmony with nature, spatial narrative, and human-centered experience, creating a TOD commercial complex integrated with culture, commerce and tourism. The interior design focuses on light, water and nature, weakening architectural boundaries and emphasizing spatial fluidity and comfort. Centered on three themed atriums—Light Realm, Water Realm, and Cave Realm, the project creates distinct experiences through a skylight dome, vertical water curtain and cave-style space. With simple and soft materials and tones, combined with digital lighting and vertical greening, it balances commercial function, aesthetic quality and emotional experience, forming a quiet and immersive urban space.
