FUZHOU ZUOHAI LIGHTYEAR-PARK

Fuzhou Zuohai · Light Year-Park is located in the Minjiang North CBD, Taijiang District, Fuzhou. With a total construction area of 115,000 square meters, it is a TOD project integrating urban parks and CBD commercial facilities. Breaking away from the constraints of traditional enclosed shopping malls, the design team has reshaped the relationship between urban parks and underground commercial ecosystems with the design concept of “Strolling on the Rooftop, Shopping Beneath the Park”. Meanwhile, drawing continuous inspiration from the growth of banyan trees, the design subtly extracts elements of Fuzhou banyan branches and leaves to form a unique design language, which is integrated into the shaping of both indoor and outdoor spaces, endowing the project with exuberant vitality and dynamism.
