Located on a land steeped in millennia-old Han culture, Song Space neighbors the 13,000-mu Duyi Ruins Park, presenting a low-density luxury residence designed to stand for a century. Guided by the philosophy “Architecture as Garden Making”, the project integrates internal and external landscapes, forming circular corridors and scenic lanes, with courtyards seamlessly blending into the surrounding park spaces.
Featuring minimalist white-box architecture, the residences are divided into three types: garden villas, sunlit mid-level villas, and cloud-top upper villas, each equipped with private courtyards and terraces to connect living with nature. The facades combine light and dark stone with wooden grilles, complemented by seasonal greenery.
