The lighting design of Guangzhou Poly · The One is presented by PROL Lighting Design, exploring the definition of genuine sophistication.Rejecting flamboyant visual impacts, the design allows light to recede behind the architecture, functioning as a delineator of materials and a container of space.Direct light sources are completely eliminated in the main corridor; only the soft reflected glow from the arches creates a hazy and intimate homecoming ambiance.Every light beam is rigorously applied to highlight the profundity of stone, the restraint of metal, and the shimmer of water.When moving through the space, the origin of light is imperceptible, while only the tranquility and composure of being embraced by light are felt.This is not illumination, but sensory perception.Genuine sophistication is always understated.
