BEIJING C&D HAIYAN (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

Jianfa Haiyan is strategically located in Qinghe, Haidian, Beijing, facing Tsinghua University. It inherits the cultural heritage of the Three Mountains and Five Gardens, drawing inspiration from the Summer Palace to create a four-courtyard, three-garden layout featuring eighteen scenic spots. The landscape design follows a water system theme, with approximately 2,300 square meters of communal water features, including three bodies of water that remain unfrozen year-round. The community also includes a 3,600-square-meter sunken-view clubhouse, equipped with a heated swimming pool, private banquet halls, and other multifunctional spaces.
