CHINA OVERSEAS TIMES OF GRACE, JINAN ( DEMONSTRATION AREA )

As one of Jinan’s first fourth-generation residential projects, OCT Time Realm is situated near the Olympic Sports Center and CBD. The sunken courtyard features layered landscapes inspired by three-dimensional mountain-water design. Adopting a Shanghai-style aesthetic that integrates Eastern and Western concepts, it honors Jinan’s historical heritage. With 6.2m-high wrap-around garden terraces, the design promotes harmonious coexistence between residents and nature.
