The project belongs to Poly’s premium “Tian Series”, specifically the Tianjun sub-brand. While the Tian Series targets high-end upgraders, Tianjun is known for its natural aesthetics and artistic understated luxury. Located at the core of the “Eye of Nanhai” on the Qiandeng Lake central axis, the site is embraced by multiple urban parks and green spaces—offering a rare mix of bustling city life and rich ecology in a highly built-up area. The design explores the dual nature of ideal urban living, emphasizing the deep connections between people, the city, and nature. By incorporating local characteristics into the architecture, it creates a high-end community deeply rooted in place and humanistic care.
