HANGZHOU ZIB WISDOM VALLEY INNOVATION PARK

Located in the Gongshu District of Hangzhou, ZIB Wisdom Valley Innovation Park is a landmark industrial hub with a total gross floor area of approximately 220,000 m². Rising amidst the wave of the digital economy, the project utilizes proactive spatial strategies to dismantle the isolation of traditional industrial parks, evolving into an “organic organism” that integrates seamlessly with the urban fabric while empowering innovation. Driven by the dual industrial pillars of “AI Intelligence” and “Cross-border E-commerce,” the design is committed to constructing a 24-hour vibrant community. This ecosystem emphasizes multi-functional synergy, open collaboration, and ecological interconnectivity, creating a transformative space where industry and urban life coexist and flourish.
