PUBLIC SPACES AT THE SHANGHAI SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY MUSEUM

This project focuses on the interior renovation and redesign of seven key customer service areas within the Shanghai Science & Technology Museum’s major renovation. It covers three types of functional spaces: the Visitor Service Center, restaurants, and theme shops. The design aims to reshape the museum’s public service image by optimizing spatial layouts, enhancing environmental comfort, and refreshing the visual identity system, deeply integrating functional service with technological aesthetics. The renovated spaces offer improved experiential quality and hospitality, meeting the demands of high visitor flow while strengthening the museum’s brand identity as a science landmark and enhancing immersive visitor experiences.
