Ali Center · Hangzhou Future Tech City is jointly developed by Yuhang District Government and Alibaba. Located in Future Sci-Tech City, it offers about 65,000 square meters of industrial space, adjacent to Qingcheng Park and City Park. The project serves AI tech and innovation professionals, focusing on four core sectors: computing power, data models, intelligent agents, and intelligent terminals. Centered on green ecology, fresh air and well-being, the design integrates nature and technology. With green landscapes and stone-like finishes, it creates a “Green Valley Tech Oxygen Cabin” to ease work fatigue. The open, composite layout enables flexible scene switching via movable furniture. Within budget limits, the project controls costs through standardized materials and modular soft furnishings to ensure smooth implementation.
