China Merchants Bayworld is located in the core area of the Olympic Sports Center within the Xi’an International Trade & Logistics Park, enjoying the strategic high ground of the Belt and Road Initiative and the 18-km ecological shoreline of the Ba River. With a low floor area ratio of approximately 2.2, the project presents fourth-generation luxury residences spanning approximately 175–261 m², integrating 270-degree panoramic river views, a 6-meter-wide living hall, and parametric curtain wall design — condensing the cultural heritage of the prosperous Tang Dynasty into the texture of modern architecture.
