LAND OF DREAMS, WUHAN

Land of Dreams, Wuhan is guided by the concept of “Green Pulse”, creating a three-dimensional public living hub across a 19852 ㎡ site in the heart of Hankou’s historic urban core. Breaking beyond the conventional boundaries of residential communities, the project integrates terraced gardens, ecological water corridors, and open streetscapes to transform private spaces into shared green infrastructure for the city. Rooted in local culture and shaped by the site’s natural topography, the design re-establishes the relationship between community and city while fostering a vibrant urban ecosystem where nature, daily life, and public space coexist. The project presents an innovative model for high-density urban regeneration, balancing ecological resilience, cultural identity, and social sustainability.
