CHENGDU JIAOZI PARK FBD JIAOZI FINANCIAL STREET

The lighting design for Chengdu Jiaozi Financial Street is inspired by traditional Shu Brocade. Using light as a shuttle to weave architecture and nature, it creates a world-class ‘park and commerce’ luminous environment. Anchored by Jiaozi Park, the buildings cascade toward the green space, forming a continuous interface. The lighting responds dynamically to the seasons, featuring zonal control of luminance and colorz: refined for urban facades, soft along the park interface, and strictly preventing light pollution in residential areas. By incorporating a ‘golden ribbon’ and an embedded modular ‘lighting expression system’, the illumination becomes an organic component of the facade, granting the architecture a restrained yet distinct nocturnal identity. With on-demand lighting control, the project delivers a low-carbon and eco-friendly design paradigm.
