CHONGQING ETERNAL LAND

In 2021, CR Land & HK Land jointly acquired a site in Guanyinqiao, marking the birth of Guanchen—a pivotal chapter in the revitalization of Chengdu’s urban core and the beginning of an ongoing experiment in contemporary living. As the final residential piece of the Guanyinqiao precinct, Guanchen Wangyunchao spans over 60 mu (approximately 4 hectares), making it the largest residential sample in Chongqing’s central district. More than scale, it represents a deep exploration into “secondary urbanization”—an endeavor to restructure the fabric, relationships, and boundaries of everyday life upon the existing city.
