CHINA JINMAO(DEMONSTRATION AREA)

Jinmao Manyao, the debut Beijing project of Jinmao’s “M” series, takes “The Art of Light and Shadow” as its theme, guided by a forward-looking artistic residential vision to lead regional development. The project boldly employs expansive ceramics, terracotta panels, and glazed glass, translating traditional handcrafted warmth into contemporary textures and light expressions. The spatial sequence unfolds progressively, beginning with a 150-meter-long super urban interface—an ever-changing gallery of light—and gradually transitioning into a serene courtyard water garden. Here, clamor dissolves into stillness. Moving from grandeur to restraint, from the urban to the intimate, the architecture’s rhythmic play of expansion and compression echoes the Chinese aesthetic philosophy of “capturing boundless realms within a finite space.” Thus, daily life departs from the ordinary and quietly arrives at art’s infinite reverie.
