K.WAH G72 MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT

K. Wah G72 is a large-scale mixed-use waterfront development in Nanjing that brings together culture, sustainable innovation, living, work and leisure in one connected urban destination. Located in Hexi New District, the scheme is organized across four plots and includes office towers, serviced apartments, hotel, retail, and cultural functions including an art center. It provides the public with healthy, green spaces for living, working, recreation, and social interaction.
The design creates a low-density, green working-living environment inspired by Nanjing‘s riverfront heritage. A multi-layer mobility network links the development to public transport, pedestrian routes and the waterfront. Sustainability is embedded through passive and active energy-saving strategies, modular construction principles, solar photovoltaic integration and rainwater management. As a future-oriented urban hub, the project aims to create a new identity for the area while contributing to Nanjing’s ambitions.
