LAND O’LANE QIYUAN GUANGLI LANDSCAPE UPGRAD

As a high-end commercial landmark in Chongqing’s Guanyinqiao, this project has reshaped the urban commercial public space through two systematic landscape renovations of the atrium and the front plaza.The atrium, oriented towards “relaxed socializing”, optimizes circulation, constructs layered plant communities, and creates a highly recognizable core node with the grand tree corridor.The front plaza, focusing on “safe pedestrian guidance”, integrates paving, signage and isolation systems to clarify pedestrian-vehicle boundaries and enhance the appeal of the commercial interface.With minimalist design strategies resolving complex site issues, the project achieves a triple enhancement of spatial efficiency, experiential quality and commercial value, setting a benchmark for stock renewal and sustainable operation in high-density commercial districts.
