PHOENIX MANSION

PHOENIX MANSION Tide Residences sits in the Phoenix Mountain Sector of Yiwu. Designed by gad and developed by Greentown, it is a high-end residential complex belonging to Greentown’s top-tier product line. Leveraging topographical landscape resources and urban frontage conditions, the project takes modern oriental aesthetics as its core design foundation. It integrates the demonstration area, courtyard villas, high-rise towers and underground space system as a whole. The design reinterprets Song-dynasty aesthetic elements including covered walkways, courtyards, bracket sets and the orderly proportions under eaves, creating a mixed-use community featuring ritual layout, distinctive local identity and flexible living extensions. It reshapes spatial value to cater to the upgraded demand for high-quality urban living environments.
