GEMDALE LUMIA(DEMONSTRATION AREA)

Gemdale Lumia is situated in Zhanjiang, western Guangdong. Integrating the sophisticated aesthetics of the Shanghai style, the architectural texture of Nanyang arcaded buildings, and tropical natural imagery, it creates a Nanyang-style cultural neighborhood featuring both local heritage and modern elegance.
The project adopts a three-section street facade to achieve an orderly transition between urban public areas and community private domains. Following a progressive spatial hierarchy, it constructs a multi-level entry sequence, and establishes a comprehensive visual system covering spatial form, scale, symbolism, and scene creation.
By refining the integration of Nanyang craftsmanship and high-end luxury materials, and reinterpreting local marine and tropical cultural symbols, the project balances humanistic art, residential ritual and vitality, establishing a benchmark for high-end coastal residences in western Guangdong.
