TAN GIM (SALES CENTER)

Poly Tianjin Tianjun Sales Center & Clubhouse, located in Tianjin, features interior design by PURE DESIGN. Guided by the philosophy of “Eastern Soul, Western Craft,” it distills the genetic lineage of Tianjin-style culture into a spatial narrative that transcends time. The design draws inspiration from three distinct threads of Tianjin culture: traditional symmetrical axes and blue-tile lattice windows, the eclectic mix of concession-era architecture, and contemporary geometric reconstruction. It incorporates symbolic elements like the arched windows of the Qing Prince’s Mansion and the curved colonnades of Min Yuan Plaza, while weaving in Eastern motifs such as the sail silhouettes of the Haihe River grain barges and peony-pattern flourishes. Within Western-inspired structures and sequences, the space carries an Eastern sensibility and ritual order, creating a contemporary Tianjin-style aesthetic realm that is open, inclusive, and meticulously measured.
