SIGLO DE ORO (YONGYIN MINGLU MANSION)
Yongyin Minglu, Hangzhou is located by the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in the traditional urban core. Amidst the rise of several high-end residential communities driven by urban renewal, this project reinterprets classics with a contemporary approach: its entrance plaza and street-facing stone arcades create a rhythmic and powerful urban interface, while four glass-curtainwall residential towers featuring corbelled motifs convey an Eastern architectural spirit. With a strong sense of identity, the project responds to the city’s history and local culture through its unique genius loci.
