SHENZHEN CHINA MERCHANTS XI – MAIN DEVELOPMENT AREA

Located in the Taiziwan Area of Wanghai Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, the project takes the sea as its narrative origin, abandons ostentatious accumulation, and is based on the symbiotic texture of the city and the sea. With high-texture materials such as matte titanium-plated metal and Indian sapphire stone as the base, it connects five major scenarios including the homecoming ceremony, resort swimming pool and poetic walking path. By virtue of flowing light and shadow, natural texture and marine artistic conception, it creates a high-end coastal residence with both quiet healing and social texture, allowing residents to immerse themselves in the relaxation of the sea breeze and interpret the true luxury and poetry of the space.
