Against the backdrop of prevalent visual overload and decorative excess in contemporary landscape design, which often comes at the cost of authentic spatial experience, Hangzhou China Resources · eternal center rejects ostentatious symbols and contrived scenography. Instead, it defines spatial order through rational geometry, where pure stone, mirror-like water features and century-old trees coexist harmoniously. Corridor framing, shifting light and shadow, and tactile textural contrasts dissolve spatial boundaries, drawing sunlight, tree silhouettes, flowing water and stone textures into the site. Employing a minimalist and restrained design approach that balances hardness and softness, solid and void, stillness and motion, the project crafts a tranquil retreat from urban clamor—a spiritual sanctuary where one can find peace, connect with nature’s rhythms, and savor the refined elegance of life.
