BLS INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE CENTRE

The project is located in the core area of the Juan Lake International Science and Technology City. It consists of a 268-meter super high-rise tower (52 floors), a west podium for retail and conference center, and an east podium for a broadcasting center. It integrates office, hotel, tourism, culture & arts, entertainment and leisure functions. Positioned as a world-class commercial center and leisure destination, the project has the potential to become an urban landmark and CBD. The tower houses a five-star hotel (with a sky lobby and banquet halls located in the podium) and office spaces. At 222.8 meters, the tower crown features a 360° city observation deck offering panoramic views of the skyline and Juan Lake. The podium rooftops are landscaped into gardens, creating an eco-friendly, industrial, touristic, and recreational cultural & business hub.
