NINGBO NEW WORLD PLAZA PROJECT T2 AND T4 TOWER OFFICE INTERIOR DESIGN

Located in the core area of Ningbo’s Yinzhou District, the project is developed by New World China and serves as a key office, commercial, retail, and lifestyle destination within the 850,000 sqm Ningbo New World TOD mixed-use complex. Guided by an immersive “park” concept, the design integrates commerce, culture, and nature. Four interconnected podium blocks frame a central art park, while integrated sponge city strategies express a sustainable, culture-driven vision for urban development.
