JINMAO XIAOTANG, SANLONG BAY, FOSHAN (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project is located to the east of Guilan Road and to the north of Sanlongwan Avenue in Chancheng District, Foshan. It boasts abundant educational resources, a multitude of residential communities, relatively well-equipped commercial facilities, and a strong residential atmosphere. The surrounding competing products are highly homogenized. The design provides a customized and exclusive community with a space for under-eaves fireworks that transcends boundaries, ages, and life. It focuses on the sense of living scenes and the feeling of fireworks. Inspired by Lingnan rural life, it integrates local culture and reinterprets it. Relying on the Jinmao IP, it creates an under-eaves community with 5 layers of sensory experiences and 9 super scenes, returning to the most freehand naturalness and pursuing the ultimate authenticity.
