At Luxeisland, we integrate planning thinking into our landscape practice from the outset, organically connecting isolated park green spaces with other urban areas to form a network, whilst incorporating rich experiential content through commercial operations. By adopting a landscape architect’s perspective to act as the overall director, we orchestrate the interplay of topography, water, vegetation, light, content and operations. This transforms an island area originally intended to ‘serve future development’ into a ‘powerful brand magnet’, elevating the park from a single-purpose, functionally rigid space into an open, organic platform capable of supporting a diverse range of activities.
