The project adheres to the concept of “finding tranquility in the hustle and bustle”, featuring low-density 8-story small villas with a plot ratio of only 1.5. The facade design integrates the industrial memory of Huafeng Paper Mill with modern aesthetics, skillfully combining aluminum profiles and stone to create a contrast between lightness and stability. Every architectural detail is meticulously crafted, from the vertical grooves in the stone to the metal frame lines, all of which have undergone strict sample selection and prototype testing to ensure quality. The ground floor is equipped with multi-functional spaces such as a community lounge and a gym, creating an exquisite humanistic community where residents “live in a park”, making the building a carrier of the fusion of history and modernity.
