CLUB TREE

The CLUB TREE is located in Zhongshan Street, Songjiang District, Shanghai, and belongs to the core plot of Songjiang CBD. This case serves as a significant pilot project for the localized non-series products in the East China region of Gemdale. It starts from studying the lifestyle of customers in the East China region and advocates for a “new delicacy” as the product value proposition.
The design aims to create a high-quality residential living environment from aspects such as building facades, spatial planning, landscaping, and indoor scenes. The project has created an open and vibrant plaza that integrates the city and the community, complemented by commercial blocks and commercial alleys. With a rich living scene and supporting services, it leads the self-gratifying lifestyle under the “new exquisite” concept in East China.
