SUZHOU CENTRAL

The project is located at an important commercial node in Suzhou. Covering a total area of 48,000 square meters, it has a total construction area of 191,000 square meters and a total investment of approximately 3.2 billion yuan. It is positioned as a landmark high – end complex. The design inspiration is drawn from “Prosperity of Suzhou” painted by Xu Yang, a painter in the Qing Dynasty of China. It makes full use of the scenery resources of Jinji Lake to build a modern commercial building that combines a MALL with three – dimensional blocks, creating a top – tier luxury consumption destination.
