
NATIONAL DAIRY TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION CENTER
Inner Mongolia Dairy Technology Research Institute, has established the National Dairy Technology Center as an innovation hub to promote and showcase advancements in the field in China. Situated on the west side of Yili Health Valley in Hohhot, China’s sole national dairy technology innovation centre is 22,213 sm2 with a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 45137 m2. The design concept is “sugar in milk.” The architectural design is inspired by the metaphor, symbolizing the seamless integration of elements. As sugar dissolves in milk, the design aims to harmonize different architectural elements, creating a unified and functional space. It also means collectively integrating knowledge, resources, and talents to build a national innovation centre.
