This project is located in the Z000501 unit of Peihua Community, Beicai, Pudong, at the core of Longyang Road transport hub, a key symbol of Shanghai’s global vision. It integrates six major transit lines, forming a crucial “gateway” connecting Shanghai globally. Covering 6.09 hectares with a total area of 304,500 sqm, it features convenient access to residential areas and rail hubs.Our goal is to create a future city model combining international vision and humanistic care: shaping an iconic Shanghai gateway, integrating leisure, commerce, office, and living functions, optimizing seamless connections via efficient transport systems, and incorporating Pudong’s cultural essence into green, smart spaces. This development redefines city-life relationships, offering limitless possibilities.
