ZHENGZHOU VANKE · SHIIMISENYU
Vanke Zhengzhou Shimi Senyu, a masterpiece honed through a decade of intensive cultivation, settles at the front row of the west bank of Beilong Lake. Encircled by two gardens – an 8,000-mu wetland and a 2,500-mu Fengshan Mountain, it weaves forest elements such as “Cloud Island and Stream Bank” into the texture of the architecture.
As the first work of Vanke Zhengzhou’s TOP series, it adopts a staggered layout to let the mansions hide in the forest sea, reshapes the immersive dwelling with the lake and mountain as the backdrop, connects the two-decade urban advancement with a forward-looking vision, and engraves the human settlement paradigm of “coexisting with nature” on the innate landscape of Beilong Lake.
