The primary challenge of this project lies in how to preserve urban memory and inherit historical context while simultaneously achieving project value through architectural design that aligns with the new business positioning and evolving urban infrastructure. Guided by this principle, we adhere to the concept of ‘Classic Revival, Scene Renewal,’ implementing three key strategies—’Revitalizing the Front Entrance, Reimagining the Garden,’ ‘Elevating Facades to Define Luxury,’ and ‘Holistic Extension, Boundless Growth’—to transform the No.1 Yaohan into a multifaceted lifestyle destination integrating greenery, ecology, and art. This transformation shifts the paradigm from a traditional commercial building to a vibrant urban hub.
