SHANGHAI CHANGXING MARINE TECHNOLOGY PORT (PHASE II)

The design introduces the concept of “super-connection,” upgrading the park’s functional diversity and office space ecosystems through five dimensions: three-dimensional spatial complexity, vibrant functional versatility, green environmental sustainability, smart operational efficiency, and iconic innovative identity, ultimately forging a modern marine technology park characterized by hybrid vitality, ecological intelligence, and multi-dimensional synergy.

Drawing inspiration from Changxing Island’s aquatic heritage, the design crystallizes industrial and ecological characteristics, embedding cultural imprints of “ships,” “bridges,” “waterways,” and “island landscapes” into the technological port’s identity. This spatial narrative weaves maritime technological innovation with regional cultural DNA, crafting an iconic waterfront landmark where industrial advancement harmonizes with ecological consciousness.
