XINWEI ZHIGU, SHANGHAI

Located on Dingxi Road in Changning District, Shanghai， Xinwei Zhigu is a three-story building with a total area of 6,600 square meters, for which Sunyat was responsible for the architectural, interior and landscape design. The project is dedicated to creating an “AI Engine” on Dingxi Road, the eastern section of the “Hongqiao Intelligence Valley” in Changning District, and to drive the regional industry with technological services. The design strives to enrich and invigorate the space, so that the site is not only a place to work and display, but also a place with temperature. After years of urban renewal and industry restructuring, it has become a characteristic base for the digital transformation of the Changning District economy.
