CHANGSHA GUANSHALING GARDEN CITY

Changsha Guanshaling Garden City is located in the northern part of Yuelu District, Changsha, adjacent to the city center and Yuelu Subcenter, with a superior location. Positioned as a showplace of quality life in the west of Changsha River, the project skillfully integrates the design concept of “Garden without Boundaries” and creates an ecological themed space that rises up like a hill through multiple characteristic spatial scenarios, aiming to create a benchmark project of quality commerce in the north of Changsha’s Hexi Municipal Government. The project took only 26 months from conceptual design to completion and opening, during which Sanyi and China Merchants Shekou collaborated efficiently to create a high-quality product with a lean attitude, injecting new vitality into the Star City’s business.
