Xintian 360 Plaza (Shanghai Kangqiao Store) is the first self-built and self-operated commercial complex in Shanghai by Xintian Group, located at the junction of three towns in the hinterland of Pudong, adjacent to Disney and Zhangjiang areas, with a total construction area of 122,000 square meters. Positioned as a “Quality Social Living Space”, the project integrates Magnolia-inspired atriums, vintage neighborhoods, rooftop gardens and other characteristic scenes to create diversified formats and immersive experiences.
