Located in the core area of Ningbo’s Yongjiang East Bank, bridging Sanjiangkou and the High-Tech Zone, this project is positioned as a Yangtze River Delta digital-intelligent innovation hub, focusing on industrial software, AI, and a “2+N” industrial ecosystem (big data, cloud computing, etc.). It allocates 70% of space for R&D, offices, and production, and 30% for living and commercial amenities. Inspired by the “U” the design harmonizes with the 180m skyline of the North Bund, creating an iconic industry-city integrated landmark and continuous waterfront facade. As a strategic node in Ningbo’s eastward expansion, it drives high-end tech aggregation, supports the city’s vision as a software hub and digital economy pioneer, and catalyzes urban-industrial synergy.
