MATERNA HEADQUARTERS AT PHOENIX-WEST

The new headquarters of Materna is located in the Phoenix West district, a former industrial area in Dortmund. Reflecting the company’s identity as an innovation driver and the broader context of structural change, Gerber Architekten designed a dynamic landmark on a prominent triangular site. The sharply tapering building form and the elevated central courtyard with terraces and stepped access create flowing transitions between architecture and landscape.
