TIAN CHÍN situated in Xiamen’s Wuyuanwan Bay South core, is a high-end mixed-use community blending commercial, office, residential, and green spaces. Its “double ground floor + sunken block” design connects seamlessly to the green axis park, with oases linking fresh markets, bookstores, and facilities to form a functional-social “urban living room.” The facade blends fluid aesthetics with marine elements, using wave curves and yacht contours for a dynamic, rhythmic exterior. A yacht-inspired streamlined roof symbolizes a “riding the waves” lifestyle. The landscape creates a 3D island-style community, preserving ancient trees and integrating sunken courtyards with vertical greenery to evoke natural canyon vibes. Prioritizing sustainability, the project uses public-building facades and sponge city tech to enhance the microclimate. Residential designs balance functionality with scenic views, ensuring comfort and visual appeal in every detail.
