HARBOURCITY
Located in the Huanle Coastal City Area of Shibei District, Qingdao, the HARBOURCITY project encompasses diverse functions including residential buildings, office buildings, commercial facilities, a sports center, elderly care buildings, schools, and community support facilities. It is dedicated to establishing a regional headquarters cluster for multinational corporations in Qingdao.

本项目住宅建筑共分为计3个地块，其中11-1#地块施工已进入收尾阶段，预计于2025年10月底交付使用；09#地块住宅处于主体结构施工阶段，预计于2026年12月施工完成并交付；17#地块处于建筑方案优化设计阶段，预计于2027年底施工完成并交付。。
