VANKE “AUTHOR” CLUBHOUSE AND SALES GALLERY

ARCHITECTURE DESIGN DESCRIPTION: Vanke “AUTHOR” Clubhouse and Sales Gallery Vanke’s million-square-meter Zhongxing City, within Shanghai’s inner ring, on the main axis of the historic Jing’an District, is a decades long vision of the ideal future city, a counterpart to recent mega mixed-use projects in Manhattan, Tokyo, and Seoul. Within this master plan, MEC Studio, in collaboration Shanghai Vanke Real Estate and Interiors by Horizontal Design, has designed the “AUTHOR” Clubhouse and Sales Gallery for the integrated Residential component of the development.
