XINZHOUMEI RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

Situated in Taipei’s Beitou-Shilin Technology Park—a hub combining high-tech offices, academia, and residences—this project offers prime riverfront views overlooking the Keelung River and Wai-Shuangxi. The design divides the building into three parts: a top-level sky lounge, mid-level river-view residences, and ground-floor flagship retail spaces. Staggered balconies enliven the façade, while the water-inspired design integrates with the riverscape. An 8-meter-high glass curtain wall crowns the communal area, creating a lighthouse-like beacon symbolizing a peaceful urban sanctuary.
