New Sun · Zhi Yuan is located in Zhoucun District, Zibo City, encompassing a total landscape area of 52,000 square meters, with a 10,000-square-meter exhibition zone. The landscape design skillfully integrates traditional charm with modern aesthetics, striving to embody a sense of ceremony, contemporary sophistication, comfort, and belonging that reflects the ideal of a gentleman’s residence, while gracefully revealing the poetic beauty of Eastern culture.
Following classical Chinese garden principles, the spatial layout adopts a central axis and six interlinked sections, forming a ceremonial sequence through the site. Drawing inspiration from Song Dynasty gardens and architectural techniques, the design artistically reinterprets elements such as rock formations, water features, pavilions, towers, plantings, paving, railings, and furniture, creating evocative spaces where cultural heritage and modern living seamlessly merge.
